In 2022, the Texarkana Board of REALTORS® recognized her as the 2nd highest-producing sales agent in the area. Most recently, she launched her podcast, The Monica Kelley Show, and has been featured in numerous publications, including Texarkana Magazine.

 

A native and top real estate agent in Texarkana, Monica has brought extensive experience and vision to her clients. Drawing from her professional background in sales, event planning, hospitality, and social media marketing, she developed exceptional negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a steadfast commitment to customer satisfaction. An alumna of Texas A&M Commerce, Monica is deeply loyal to the Texarkana community and committed to serving the people and neighborhoods she knows and loves.
